AcuityPoint prides itself on the ability to customize support options for every customer. There is no "one size fits all" support package. Every customer has their own unique needs and budget, therefore AcuityPoint provides numerous support options. Once a project has been completed for a customer, we provide the customer the option to invest in a monthly support program. The support program utilized will be determined by the customer based on their support needs. If a customer opts to not invest in this support option we welcome any customers to come back after they have determined on their own what their support needs are.
All pricing is locked in for a term of 1 year guaranteeing that the price will never go up unless the customer requires an increased level of support. All of our support packages include unlimited technical support Monday-Friday. Typical additional services covered under our support packages include:
*Monthly pricing for these services is based on the estimated amount of hours required on a monthly basis to complete the above tasks. Unlimited technical support is included with all monthly support plans.
*No customer is required to invest in AcuityPoint's monthly support program. If a customer opts to not participate, but requires support in the future, we can complete the work at an agreed upon hourly rate.
